本學期以來，我一直嚴格要求自己，刻苦學習，努力工作，兢兢業業，在德、能、勤、績四個方面表現良好，能真正做到爲人師表、教書育人，較好的完成教育教學工作任務，做到了一個優秀教師應有的職責。
一、思想方面
俗話說：“活到老，學到老”，本人一直在各方面嚴格要求自己，努力地提高自己，以便使自己更快地適應社會發展的形勢。
二、教育工作方面
在教學工作方面爲了把自己的教學水平提高，我堅持經常看教育書籍等，還經常網上找一些優秀的教案課件學習，還爭取機會多出外聽課，從中學習別人的長處，領悟其中的教學藝術。平時還虛心請教有經驗的老師。
在備課過程中認真分析教材，根據教材的特點及學生的實際情況設計教案。一學期來，認真備課、上課、聽課、評課，廣泛收集學習各種知識，形成比較完整的知識結構，嚴格要求學生，尊重學生，發揚教學民主，使學生學有所得，不斷提高，從而不斷提高自己的教學水平和思想覺悟，並順利完成教育教學任務。
三、個人學習
積極學習各種教育理論，以充實自己，以便在工作中以堅實的理論作爲指導，更好地進行教育教學。積極進行學歷進修學習，爭取一年之內拿下本科。我還利用業餘時間認真學習知識，學習製作多媒體課件，爲教學服務，也積極撰寫教育教學論文。
